In the coming months, we would like to invite you to join us as we re-imagine ABP’s three existing marinas – ‘Ipswich Haven Marina’, ‘Lowestoft Haven Marina’ and ‘Fleetwood Haven Marina’ – as beacons of the local community, forming ‘The Beacon Marina Collection’.
Throughout 2023, across these three marinas, ABP will be making upgrades to facilities and services, and plans to host regular events that are open to berth holders, visitors and locals. We will be welcoming people into the marinas to enjoy all that they have to offer with the goal to transform them into our marinas into thriving hubs for local communities.
We have chosen ‘the beacon’ as the symbol of our new marina brand because of its strong association with hope and nautical navigation. It represents a ray of light on land, signalling a safe and welcoming place for yachts and yacht owners.
This sense of a shared and welcoming space for leisure boat owners and local communities, lies at the heart of our marina collection and aims to enhance the lives of people who live nearby as well as local businesses.
