Fleetwood Beacon Marina holds a lien over the vessel Westerly Falcon 35.
The Westerly Falcon is currently at Fleetwood Beacon Marina, Fleetwood, Lancashire FY7 6PP and is being sold by Associated British Ports (“ABP”), in its capacity as owner and operator of the Marina.
ABP do not own the boat but have the legal right to sell and transfer good title to the vessel and
receive the sale proceeds pursuant to the terms and conditions of use of the Marina.
Any sale and purchase of is expressly subject to contract. The following terms will be conditions of any eventual sale and purchase contract:
(a) the Vessel is sold on an “as is, where is” basis;
(b) the purchaser does not re-sell, or transfer title in the Vessel to any other party or parties until the Vessel is removed from the Marina; and
(c) the Vessel is to be removed from the Marina by way of road haulage within 14 days of the date of the sale and purchase contract (or such other period as agreed with ABP)
